Overview for District IT Security: Classroom 360° AI connects to your Google Workspace domain using standard Google Domain-Wide Delegation with strictly READ-ONLY OAuth scopes. It never modifies courses, grades, or rosters, and requires zero integration with your Student Information System (PowerSchool, Infinite Campus, Skyward, Clasle, etc.).
1. Sign in to admin.google.com as a Super Administrator.
2. Navigate to Security → Access and data control → API controls.
3. Scroll to the bottom and click Manage Domain Wide Delegation → Add new.
Paste the Classroom 360° Service Account Client ID provided by your onboarding specialist, and authorize these exact Read-Only Google Classroom scopes (comma-separated):

Send your onboarding engineer the email address of a Google Workspace user or service account that has permission to view Google Classroom classes across your school or district (e.g., classroom-sync@yourdistrict.org).
